Twenty years old, on a construction site. Special flooring, epoxy resins, my first major public contract for an automotive plant in Southern Italy.
Ten years
ahead.
By the time an idea becomes a headline, it's already history to me. I find it ten years earlier. I build it. I lose it. I watch it become consensus.
Catanzaro 1969 · Bergamo today
Bioarchitecture.Before the EU directive.
Intelligent security.Before the cyber-mainstream.
AI & blockchain.Before the hype.
The long view.
Calabria in the roots, Bergamo in the stride, the world ahead.
I was born in Catanzaro in 1969. At twenty I was on construction sites; at twenty-five I was running large public contracts. Between 2006 and 2009 I worked as an external expert at the Italian Chamber of Deputies, between Environment and Intelligence. Not a parenthesis: part of the same thread. The ecological house patented in 2008 was born from those tables; the intelligent security of 2014 from the conversations that followed.
The operational backbone, today, is Celebron S.r.l. — my parent company, where I'm founder and partner. From there I work as senior advisor for companies, institutions, funds and families that need strategic thinking applied to the real economy: planning, M&A, internationalization, ESG, governance. This site is my personal voice; celebron.it is the structure.
Today I move between bioarchitecture, security, AI, blockchain, commodities, ESG. The signature isn't how many companies stand behind me: it's that each of them answers to a gaze that arrived early.
In 2022 I was awarded an honorary degree for career achievement in Economics and Business, with a specialization in Industrial and Commercial Technique. In 2024 I completed the Sustainability Strategy and Governance programme at SDA Bocconi and was certified as an ESG Processes Expert. But it's not the title that makes the thinker. It's the discipline of never stopping to learn.
"I look for people who want to build something the world, today, hasn't asked for yet."
Many industries,
one direction.
No company names. Just the year and the sector I was in. What you read, between the lines, is the sequence.
The first ecological house Made in Italy with a registered patent. Institutional recognitions; two graduate students built their thesis on the patent and earned 110 cum laude, demonstrating the system zeroed out purchase costs in twenty years. 80% recyclable.
EARLIER
Industrial holding with a 17-aircraft cargo airline and continental contracts for banknote transport. Extraordinary operations as a method, not as an exception.
Chairmanship of a textile group in the hundreds of millions, with center of gravity between Germany and China. Industrial China wasn't yet in fashion — and was already the right place to be.
Physical security, intelligence, and a personal protection platform launched at Expo Milan. What today we'd call personal safety tech, ten years before the term existed.
EARLIER
Elegance is not a suit.
It's the way I sit at the table.
A professional can pursue ambitious goals, sit with politicians, industrialists, men of the world. They can manage complex, structured, international affairs. All of this is done with the class of someone who knows they represent something greater than their own interest.
Professionalism doesn't shout, doesn't push, doesn't peddle itself. It combs, it irons, it shows up. It treats whoever sits across from it the way it treats a contract: with care.
Class is not how much you're worth. It's how you make the person sitting in front of you feel.
UWB Radar and AI for non-invasive security. Blockchain applied to verified identities, decentralization of services, creator economy. Three or four startups, one horizon: arriving before it becomes narrative.
THE HYPE
Non-ferrous metals, gold, precious stones. And African food supply chains with blockchain traceability — sustainability told from a country that almost never gets named when sustainability is discussed.
Complex Renewable Energy Communities for hospitals and Public Administration. This one is the present. I made it in time to see this one arrive too.
Eight bets,
one deadline.
What I see in front of me today, not yet inside a newspaper headline. Eight signed predictions, with explicit expiration dates. If I'm wrong, I'll say it here. If I'm right, it'll already be too late for anyone who didn't move.
Renewable Energy Communities will stop being pilot projects and become financial assets like real estate. They'll have a rating, a market price, a secondary market. Italian banks will treat them as collateralized credit, not as sustainability footnotes filed at the margin. Anyone who doesn't recognize them as assets in the next two years will find themselves off the table where the country's energy infrastructure gets decided.
The value won't be in the foundation models — those will be sold by the kilo, like electricity. The difference will be made by whoever can apply AI to a real industry: whoever knows the supply chains, the people, the regulatory constraints, the difference between a construction site and a recipe. Vertical AI, trained on specific industrial data, will be worth a hundred times the generalist kind. Whoever knows the industry wins, not whoever knows the math.
INTELLIGENCE
Sub-Saharan Africa will become the new frontier of quality food — no longer the destination of aid, but a production hub traced in blockchain from field to shelf. Cocoa, coffee, tropical fruit, spices, oils: certified, premium, bankable supply chains. Major European retailers will sign decade-long contracts with local cooperatives. Whoever enters now, before it becomes narrative, builds an unrecoverable advantage.
CHAINS
They'll either change trade, change ownership, or disappear. The largest transformation of the Italian production system since the Seventies — and nobody is telling it with the right gravity. Generational handover, applied AI, ESG pressure and the arrival of foreign capital will sweep over those who stand still. Whoever survives accepts they're no longer indispensable and gets serious advisors before the market decides for them.
SYSTEM
Radar sensors, heart rhythms, presences, heat trajectories. No cameras, no facial recognition, no stored images. Personal security will enter homes and hospitals with privacy as the technical default, not as a contract option. European regulation will follow the product, not the other way round. Whoever has already filed the patents will dictate the standards of a market that doesn't yet exist.
BY DESIGN
Public and private healthcare facilities will stop being energy consumers and start being producers and distributors. Dedicated Renewable Energy Communities, storage, sale to citizens of the area: the hospital as a complete civic-service hub, not just care. It's already written in the European directives. Whoever puts it on the ground now will have a replicable model in five years — and will already be the next standard.
+ ENERGY
Not tools to think less — those we already have — but tools to think better. Awareness will become a discipline, a profession, an infrastructure: schools, software, executive programmes, advisory. New professional figures, today still unnamed, will emerge somewhere between the philosopher and the engineer. Whoever knows how to slow down, distinguish signal from noise, stay lucid under pressure, becomes the scarcest and best-paid asset of the decade.
VIEW
The entrepreneur of the Thirties won't be the one who produces ideas anymore, but the one who can select. Among a thousand AI-generated proposals, a thousand opportunities, a thousand potential collaborators, whoever distinguishes wins. Leadership will become an editorial craft: knowing what to publish and what to discard. Whoever knows how to say no with reasoning will be paid better — and the training that teaches it will start to be called real training again.
What I write,
before consensus.
Four published pieces. Three themes that keep coming back: opaque powers, innovation, the weak signals that precede crises.
One position per week.
Each week I pick a fact — politics, news, geopolitics, custom — and I have my say. Not the opinion of a commentator, but the reading of someone who has crossed decades of business, mistakes, rebuildings. Garlasco, the children of the woods, the Strait of Hormuz, Ukraine, Iran. What you read everywhere, from a perspective you don't read anywhere.
I'm building a change in the way of thinking. I want to dedicate myself to growing the mind and knowledge — to transferring what I've learned to those who carry the responsibility of building something.

When the noise ends.
"This book is not a confession. It was written to remain."
Eighteen chapters written for those who, today, feel stuck, judged, out of place, not yet arrived. An imperfect map of silent resistance and the return to life.
What happened in 2008 — the first ecological house Made in Italy that the market couldn't yet buy — becomes here material for thought, not for regret. The lesson of a man who was right too early.
The book is published in Italian. Entire revenue (€19.99) is donated to AIBI — Friends of Children.
What's been said outside.
Italian Chamber of Deputies, Environment Committee, and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers: formal recognitions of the Made in Italy bioarchitecture project. Patent registered.
Two graduate students complete an internship on the Bru.Mar House patent and discuss their thesis: 110 cum laude. The thesis demonstrates the system zeroed out purchase costs in twenty years. Sixteen years later, in 2024, the European Union approves the "green homes" directive (EPBD): the same standards the patent was already meeting in 2008. An idea that arrived too early has become EU law. This is how time gives the right back to those who knew how to wait.
SDA Bocconi · School of Management. Sustainability Strategy and Governance — Autumn Edition programme.
Certified ESG Processes Expert. Operational specialization applied especially to Renewable Energy Communities.
Since 2024, I participate as senior advisor partner — representing Celebron S.r.l. — at the Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain Monitor of SDA Bocconi: the scientific observatory studying sustainable operations and supply chains.
Where I think, where I work.
The structures I'm part of, the institutions I've worked with, the regulatory references I cross every day.
The two constants.
Before Celebron, during Celebron, beyond Celebron.
Ferraina
Medici
The Celebron team today is a network of more than twenty advisors. But Gianluca and Katia have been there since before Celebron had a name — and have stayed there ever since. Not collaborators: the people I always come back to, whatever I'm building. That is the value.
